Lenders
Unlimited, LLC. is a privately owned Mortgage Brokerage
and Mortgage Banker since December of 2003 and was officially licensed
by the State of Hawaii on February 23rd, 2004 under the leadership
of Jon Hines, President and CEO. The company continuously recruits loan officers
each month.
The office hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. However, the staff often stays past the close of
the business day to follow-up on matters related to pending transactions.
It is not uncommon for clients to consult with our staff on evenings
or weekends, as it is more convenient for most people to meet after
the workday or workweek. Lenders Unlimited recognizes the value
in providing the flexibility to their clients and sets itself apart
from the competitors.
The ability to rapidly
RE-SCORE an applicant’s credit report has been a major breakthrough
in credit reporting services. Essentially, the borrower who contests
that an account is not delinquent does not have to wait a few months
for a new credit score. With supporting documentation, the borrower
can provide this data to Lenders Unlimited who then submits the
data to their affiliate company Credit Information Services (CIS)
to update the credit report in just days. Credit FICO scores in
the low 600’s have regained numbers as high as 700 in the
company’s Rapid Re-Score Program. Our mortgage loan officers
provide consultation and credit analysis to help improve credit
scores.
The office equipment
used by Lenders Unlimited includes Calyx Point Software which integrates
credit reporting data into a URLA (Uniform Residential Loan Application).
The software can link to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac approved loan
origination sites for online credit qualification. The software
goes beyond helpful calculation of debt to income ratios by serving
as a collective database for Realtors, Appraisers, Escrow-Title
companies and clients. Another software tool used everyday is WinFax
by Microsoft. This software converts live faxes into text file data
which reduces the overhead cost of paper and computer toner. The
office maintains a phone system allowing for incoming phone calls
to rollover to the next available phone line and for messages to
be stored in a general voicemail box.
